The Booking Process (please read)
Follow the steps below to book your Home Energy Assessment or Draught Sealing Consultation.
1. Select the service you would like to book from the drop down list.
2. Select the date and the time you would like to book by clicking on the Green tick symbol.
You can change the weekly date range by clicking on the arrows or select a date by clicking on the calendar icon.
3. Your selected appointment date will be shown under the services drop down list in an orange box. If this is what you would like then go to the bottom of the screen and click next.
4. You will need to enter your name, phone, and email address and if you have any special instructions then enter these as well. Click next to continue.
5. Check your details on the last page and click back if you need to change anything. You will see the cost of the assessment. Prices shown include GST (10%).
6. Choose your payment method. You can pay by direct bank transfer or by credit card using Paypal. (You do not need to join Paypal to pay with your credit card). If paying by direct transfer, funds must be in our account prior to confirmation of the appointment.
7. You will be sent a pre-confirmation email with details of the booking. If there are any issues with your booking time we will contact you and let you know.
